Thank you so so much!!! :) Try chewing on gum! I love doing that in between meals. And just try to keep yourself busy. Avoid lounging and watching a lot of TV because you’re more likely to snack. Pick up new hobbies like reading and stay busy and distracted so you’re not always wanting to snack. Also - drink lots of water! And eat meals that will fill you up for longer like oatmeal. Thank you so much darling :) Wow! 6 pounds in a week? That’s amazing!!! That’s a lot to lose in that amount of time so I am sure your body is still burning fat and will lose more weight very soon. Don’t give up. It takes time. Give yourself at least 6 months to see major improvements. xoxo!!

Well first - please try to not hate anything about you or your body. You are a beautiful person no matter what. Everyone is. We are all so lucky to have a body of our own. If you really want to improve the way yours looks though, it’s totally possible! You just need to get a healthier lifestyle! Eat less junk and more healthy foods and exercise regularly :) You should see improvements. xoxo!!

Anonymous asked You should show more girls that aren't a size 00. That's all I see on your blog and it doesn't really inspire me. Not all girls are going to be skinny like that. Especially if you do weight lifting. It will tone you, but you won't be a size 00. Please post more girls that are larger than a size 00 or 0 or even size 2.

Since when is it your job to tell me what to post on my blog? Last time I checked, this is MY blog. Yes I understand what you are saying but it’s not your place to say it. I made this blog for me and I wanted to share my weight loss success story with others to motivate them to get a healthier lifestyle and reach their goals. I am not trying to hurt their self esteem. A size 00 is not a bad thing just like a size 14 isn’t a bad thing. Everyone is beautiful but I want others to know that you can reach any goal you want. The kind of pictures on my blog are no different or worse than the one in magazines that every person sees. All I do is promote healthy so it really bothers me when people say this kind of stuff. I know your heart is in the right place though. But I just can’t make everyone happy.
